Makeup Madness

So, I have never been crazy into makeup although these past few months I have become more and more interested in it. My (old) routine was pretty basic: I would do the classic coverup, bronzer, liquid liner and mascara. It was super easy and then I would be out the door! For fancier occasions I would throw on some eye shadow and blush- but even then I was not huge into makeup.

Since the whole Kylie Jenner lipstick fad, and all the super awesome Instagram makeup accounts I have gotten way more interested in what I put on my face. Don’t get me wrong…there is such thing as too much makeup (think caked on) but it’s fun to play with!

With my new interest of makeup I signed up for Ipsy. If you don’t know what that is…BE PREPARED CAUSE ITS AWESOME. Michelle Phan has unreal beauty youtube videos and created Ipsy! You take a short quiz and tell the computer what your beauty interests are and once a month you get a super adorable package with 5 products (and a small makeup bag) for only $10 a month! PLZ check it out, it is so much fun: Ipsy

It is also soo much more then the products, for a makeup noob like me the website offers fun tutorials, new exciting products and more!

My first bag was October (ok Halloween, yup). Check out below what goodies I got!

What I received: Blush, Makeup brush, Hair serum, Lipstick, Liquid liner, and a Valfie (yep!! so unreal) limited edition halloween makeup bag!

I am so happy I signed up for this, and I suggest you do too- especially if you love receiving fun packages monthly.

Let me know what you think of Ipsy in the comments below.

Kisses!
