So, I am starting a new segment on the blog called, Fit Fridays! A little background about me, I have never loved working out. To be truthful I totally hated it. As a young girl and teen I was involved in many after school activities that kept me active: dance, soccer etc. But once I left high school and went to university (freshman 15 please and thanks) I stopped taking care of my body.
Working out is so important physically and mentally (check out my last article!) This past summer I took on Kayla Itsines BBG #1, and it was great but just did not challenge me in the ways I needed. I find, for me, that classes are my best workout. With other people and the instructor I push myself harder.
SO I joined class pass at the beginning of January, and my life has completely changed. I feel amazing and healthy. I am active 5 days a week, from yoga to pilates I am always doing something.
